Saori 2-Day Intensive Workshop (South)

After the overwhelming interest in the first SAORI workshop to be held in Ross, Heather Walter has agreed to hold a second workshop for members, which will be held over two days. Heather is an internationally authorised SAORI teacher of SAORI, an exciting way of free-style weaving which allows anyone to create unique handwoven cloth, and you will have the opportunity to discover and explore your own unique creative expression through weaving. Heather opened her Art Weaver SAORI Studio in Victoria in 2014 after studying contemporary SAORI weaving at Saorinomori in Osaka and has been teaching this contemporary form of expressive handweaving to hundreds of people ever since.
