We are delighted to offer this popular workshop again in 2024, and look forward to seeing you there! "Learn to Spin" is conducted on two Saturdays in July separated by a two week period for you to complete a task at home.  The dates are 6th and 20th July 2024, from 9.30am to 3.30pm each day.

The cost of this workshop is $130 for Guild members, $190 for non-members.   This includes the provision of a spinning wheel for the workshop and all materials that you will need.

Please click on "read more" to find out how to enrol and to decide if this workshop is for you.

ENROLMENT FOR THIS WORKSHOP OPENS ON 4 June 2024 at 9am, at which time you will be able to click here to take you to the booking site. Unfortunately, no places can be held for participants beforehand.

On the day of the classes, the workshop room will be open 15 minutes beforehand only - that is, at 9.15am - as the area needs to be set up that morning for this workshop.  Tea and coffee will be provided. Please bring something to share for morning tea plus your own lunch.  A refrigerator is available for lunch contents that need refrigeration. Further details of the program and some items for you to bring from home will be provided on enrolment.

The number of participants required for this program is 6. The maximum number of participants is 7. The Guild reserves the right to cancel or reschedule this program if enrolments are less than 6; or to cancel or postpone the workshop if any event outside our control prevents the workshop taking place (for example, Covid).

There is limited parking in the Church grounds, and street parking is available around the area.

Please make sure you read our "Terms and Conditions" when you book for this program, as no refunds or 'makeup' classes outside the workshop will be given should you not attend the two days.
