North - Exploring Art Yarns

Participants will learn ways to spin a number of different Art Yarn techniques. These yarns will be suitable for using in weaving, knitting and even felting. Before the workshop each participant should practice stopping and starting their wheel without using their hands, altering the speeds that they spin, and understanding the tension of their wheel. Make sure your wheel is oiled and in good condition.
