South - Fabric Cut & Sew

The aim of this workshop is to give participants the ability and confidence to cut and sew their precious handwoven fabric into a garment. Basic pattern following and basic sewing experience are required. A variety of seams will be demonstrated. Discussion of cutting issues prior to start. Each person will then cut and sew their garment with guidance. Individual pre-workshop meetings will be arranged and a minimum length of 3 metres of your completed woven fabric will be required.
