About the event
During this half day workshop you learn how to felt using the wet felting technique with expert felter Ailsa Richard. You will make one or two pieces of felt which you will be able to use for a project of your choice such as a wall hanging, a bag, purse or hat. You will be shown how to block felt for 3 dimensional projects. The workshop is ideal for beginners but experienced felters looking for a refresher are very welcome too. Ailsa will bring samples of her work and books to use for ideas, and will provide workshop notes.
