If you haven't used a 4 shaft loom before and are keen to give it a try, or are looking for a refresher course, this is the workshop for you! You will be in a small group of 6 people and learn how to warp up a 4 shaft loom and all the steps for weaving and finishing your own scarf.

About the event

This workshop is a step by step approach to weaving a scarf on a four-shaft loom. The workshop is for complete beginners as well as those who want to refresh their skills.

The workshop is divided into 3 sections:

1. Planning a project and winding a warp

2. Preparing the loom for weaving

3. The weaving process

Completion of the weaving will be done in the your own time.
