Brighten Our World with Colour challenge

Patrice Avery from the Deloraine group has sent in this lovely example of Fair Isle.

Patrice tells us "I tend to favour monochromes, and natural or muted colours in knitting, so am not sure why I decided to go totally the other way and knit this graphic fair isle tam with with eight colours...but it was interesting to test shades next to each other , redo once in awhile, and wonder how it would look in the end. A little retro maybe. This is a Kate Davies design, slightly modified, and uses a variety of stash yarns, mostly Corriedale, both natural and hand dyed, and ivory Polwarth."

A lovely result, don't you think?
