Tasmanian Craft Fair 2020

For many years the Tasmanian Craft Fair has been an important part of the Tuesday Spinners of Deloraine and the Guild's annual events. It is with a heavy heart that we are announcing the decision to withdraw from participating in this year's event.

The decision was not an easy one and every available option and venue was explored.

Long time attendees and participants in the Craft Fair may have heard that the number of venues has been reduced to two, and that the town centre (where the Guild venue is located) will not be included on the bus routes between venues.

The uncertainty that surrounds COVID-19, combined with the risk of an unproven new format makes the likelihood of an acceptable benefit from effort too remote.

We are truly sorry to add this disappointment to the myriad of disappointments that have come to us all in this most challenging year and hope that 2021 will be bigger and better.
